How decisions are interpreted
Each dimension is assessed on a 1–5 scale. A weighted overall score is reported on a 0–100 scale, with higher scores indicating greater maturity. Dimension findings and executive judgment guide priorities; the score is a discussion tool, not a guarantee of performance.
