As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Lumerai Advisors, he advises organizations on enterprise transformation, AI governance, cybersecurity resilience, operating model modernization, and post-merger integration, drawing on more than twenty-five years of executive leadership inside some of the world’s largest and most highly regulated organizations.
Before co-founding Lumerai Advisors, Matt served as CIO for Wells Fargo Home Lending, CIO at Franklin American Mortgage, CIO of Mortgage Technology at Citizens Financial Group, and held senior technology leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase and Bank One. Throughout his career, he has led global technology organizations of more than 2,500 professionals, managed technology portfolios exceeding $300 million, guided organizations through acquisitions, regulatory transformation, and large-scale modernization initiatives, and helped lead technology integration efforts during the 2008 financial crisis.
Today, Matt works with boards and executive teams to align technology investments with business strategy, strengthen governance, accelerate AI adoption responsibly, and improve enterprise decision-making.
